Wedding Service
In addition to our bus services, school routes and private coach hire we operate a small fleet of classic London buses which are very popular for weddings and many other events too. The hire of these particular vehicles is limited to approximately a 40 mile radius of Shaftesbury, which includes South Wiltshire, East & North Dorset and parts of Somerset and Hampshire.
We can offer traditional red London Transport double deckers with the much loved "hop on and off" rear open platform. We also have red London double deckers with the entrance at the front with doors controlled by the driver. The latest acquisition is a fifty year old 39 seat London "RF" single-decker, also with driver controlled doors at the front. It is fully restored and available for hire, reaching those places the double-deckers cannot reach!
The buses can be decorated with ribbons and bows if desired. The open - platform double deckers are available for day time hire only. For late evening transport from the reception, we advise the use of either a standard coach or possibly one of the classic buses with the driver controlled entrance and exit, for reasons of health and safety. Or, to put it another way, we would not wish to lose any passengers who may have been a little over enthusiastic in toasting the happy couple!

1953 "RT" type red London double decker. 56 seats. Rear open platform
1963 "Routemaster" red London double decker. 64 seats. Rear open platform
1966 "Routemaster" red London double decker. 72 seats. Front entrance with doors
1983 "Titan" red London double decker. Rear engined, front entrance with doors
